Open your customer account, sign in with the account used for your purchase and select the order under Orders. Its details include payment, items and available shipping information.
Ordered as a guest?
Use the secure access link you received for your order. You can view its details without creating an account. If you cannot find your access link, contact support with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
No tracking information yet?
A tracking reference appears once shipping information has been added to the order. When several parcels are involved, each can have its own reference and progress separately.
