Delivery rates, areas and times

Delivery area: mainland France excluding Corsica. Overseas France and Monaco are not served. Standard rate: 0,00 €, VAT included, per order. Free from 100,00 € of goods after discounts. Product-specific rates and delivery times are shown on product pages. For mixed baskets, the highest applicable fee and longest delivery time apply; quantities do not multiply the delivery fee.

Preparation: up to 2 working days; transit: up to 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. The period starts after confirmed payment and, where applicable, approval of the required installation documents. The final delivery commitment is shown before payment and retained with the order.

Carrier: DPD. Bulky delivery: Pour les colis volumineux : les modalités de livraisons sont à voir avec l'entreprise de transport qui vous contactera pour l'organisation de la livraison. Track each shipment from your order details. Contact customer support for missing or damaged goods; this does not restrict statutory warranties.

Seller and contact details

Faster-EV is the trading name of JA MEDICAL, a SAS with share capital of 500,00 €, registered at 81 rue de la Paroisse, 78000 Versailles, France. Company registration: 909 818 445 RCS Versailles. SIREN: 909818445. EU VAT number: FR89909818445. Legal representative: Alexandre Benhamou.

For enquiries, returns, cancellations or complaints, contact customer service: [email protected]; telephone: +33 1 89 48 07 90. You may also write to our registered office. Where available, include your order reference and purchasing email address. Never send your full card number, card security code or password.

Scope and contractual documents

These terms govern distance sales of charging solutions, air-conditioning equipment, accessories and services to consumers and businesses. Consumer-specific rules are identified. Selected specifications, options, price, delivery and specific terms disclosed before confirmation supplement these terms.

You may read and retain the terms before purchase. The accepted version and order are recorded; later changes do not replace them. French is the reference drafting language; English assists understanding without reducing applicable protections. Mandatory law prevails.

Products, compatibility and installation

Check the selected reference’s key specifications, dimensions, power, compatibility, accessories and prerequisites. Options or services are included only when listed in your order. Ask for clarification before purchase if unsure about installation. Illustrations do not remove our obligation to supply goods matching their description.

Electrical, refrigeration and commissioning work must follow manufacturer instructions and required qualifications. Necessary certificates are disclosed before purchase. Service scope and conditions are specified in the offer. Missing documents may delay the affected stage; we inform you of possible solutions without removing your rights.

Prices, currency and promotions

Orders are paid in euros (EUR). Consumer prices include taxes. Delivery, options and applicable contributions are detailed before payment. The summary states the total; no unaccepted supplement is added afterwards.

Promotions follow their stated duration, eligible references and combination rules. The accepted order price applies. An obvious error does not authorise a corrected charge without agreement: we contact you and return affected payments if the sale cannot be fulfilled.

Ordering and confirmation

Choose products, variants, quantities and options, then enter contact and address details. Review contents, availability, timing, charges and total before confirming; correct errors at this stage. Accepting the terms and confirming payment places an order with an obligation to pay.

The order and accepted terms are recorded. Payment must then be confirmed for processing. A bank return page or technical acknowledgement alone does not prove capture. Payment confirmation is sent; details are available in your account or through secure guest access. If uncertain, contact us before retrying to avoid duplicates.

Payment and invoicing

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe or myPOS on its secure interface, with any authentication requested by your bank. We retain neither full card numbers nor security codes. Payment is due when ordering; credit arrangements require an express offer.

A decline or interruption may prevent payment validation. Temporary stock reservations do not guarantee indefinite availability. The seller’s invoice is available after payment confirmation and processing. An accounting credit note following a refund corrects the invoice and does not replace payment owed to the customer.

Delivery destinations, charges and timing

Online checkout supports addresses in France subject to the zones and methods offered for your basket. Unsupported destinations cannot be confirmed. Charges depend on items, address and method; exact costs and free delivery offers are displayed before payment.

Delivery is due on the date or within the agreed period. Without an agreed period, consumer delivery is due without undue delay and within thirty days of contract conclusion. Split parcels may be used without unaccepted surcharges. Tracking appears once recorded. Installation, commissioning or special carrying services are included only when expressly offered.

Receipt, risk and delay

Check your details, access constraints and received goods. Report issues promptly. Missing delivery reservations or photographs do not remove statutory warranties. We bear risk until physical receipt by the consumer or nominated third party, subject to rules for a carrier chosen outside our options.

For delay, request delivery in writing within a reasonable additional period, then terminate if we fail to perform. Immediate termination may apply for refusal to deliver or an essential deadline disclosed before purchase. Refunds are due within fourteen days of termination on these grounds. Any statutory increases remain applicable.

Cancellation and unavailable goods

To cancel before dispatch, contact [email protected] promptly with your reference. We confirm cancellation if preparation can be stopped. If already shipped, notify withdrawal and follow the returns procedure, subject to statutory exceptions. A cancellation request does not mean preparation has stopped until confirmed.

If we cancel a sale we cannot fulfil, captured payments for affected goods and delivery charges no longer justified are returned without undue delay and within fourteen days of cancellation, without imposed store credit. An uncaptured authorisation may simply be released. We do not charge for a substitute without your agreement.

Withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind

Consumers purchasing at a distance may withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen calendar days after they, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, receive the goods. The delivery day is not counted. For goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period starts with the last item; for goods delivered in lots or pieces, with the last lot or piece. For services, it starts when the contract is concluded. A deadline falling on a Saturday, Sunday or public or non-working holiday extends to the next working day.

You may notify us before delivery. We do not offer a general commercial return extension beyond this period. Statutory warranties, statutory extensions due to missing information and any more favourable expressly agreed commitment remain unaffected.

Notify us of your decision

Send an unambiguous notice to [email protected], use our contact form, write to our registered office or use “Withdraw from the contract” at /en/retractation, before or after dispatch. Guest orders have secure access links; you can always contact us without creating an account. The model form below is optional.

Include your name, order reference or identifying details, the affected items and quantities, and a reply address. No reason or photograph is required for a change of mind. Keep dated proof of sending. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient: exercising the right does not require prior approval. Refusing or failing to collect a parcel alone does not replace explicit notice.

Return address, method and deadline

After notification, return the goods without undue delay and within fourteen days. Return address: JA MEDICAL — 81 rue de la Paroisse, 78000 Versailles, France. Use another authorised recipient only if identified in our written instructions for your product. Correspondence with support does not suspend the return deadline.

Use parcel shipping or suitable freight for bulky equipment. Protect the product, include the order reference and return accessories and instructions. We recommend tracked shipping and retaining proof of dispatch. Contact us before arranging special handling or heavy equipment transport. Unarranged drop-offs at our office or a store are not offered.

Return shipping and restocking fees

For a change of mind, you pay direct return shipping costs if informed before purchase. You arrange and pay the carrier; no prepaid label is supplied by default. If that prior information was missing, we bear the costs. No administration or restocking fee applies to statutory withdrawal.

For goods that cannot normally be posted, the return cost or an estimate must be disclosed before purchase. A quotation obtained after ordering does not replace that disclosure. If we sent the wrong product, damage is our responsibility or a defect is covered by the statutory warranty, we bear necessary conformity costs: contact support to arrange suitable transport.

Product condition, packaging and promotions

You may open and inspect goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing or opened original packaging does not by itself remove withdrawal rights. Reuse it where possible, or use equivalent protection suitable for transport.

You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that inspection if properly informed of your right. A deduction must be explained and justified by actual diminished value, not an automatic penalty. Installation or extended use may require an assessment but does not automatically exclude all rights. Discounted products have the same statutory rights as other products.

Exceptions and services

An exception applies only when its statutory conditions are met and it was disclosed before purchase. Relevant cases may include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or goods that, after delivery and by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods. A standard item ordered from a supplier is not personalised for that reason alone.

Starting a service before the period ends requires your express request. On subsequent withdrawal, only the proportion actually performed may be payable if information and consent requirements were met. Loss of the right for a fully performed service requires prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss. General acceptance of these terms does not replace those separate consents. Warranties for defects remain applicable.

Refund timing and method

On withdrawal, we refund without undue delay and within fourteen days of being informed of your decision. For goods, unless we offer to collect them ourselves, we may withhold payment until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. This does not automatically start a new fourteen-day period after inspection.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to an alternative without fees. Store credit or vouchers are not imposed instead of a refund that is due. After issue, posting time depends on your bank; this technical delay does not change our duty to issue the transaction within the applicable deadline.

Refund amounts and delivery charges

Withdrawal from the whole order includes the price actually paid for the goods, tax included, and original standard delivery charges. An expressly chosen premium delivery supplement is not refunded. Free original delivery creates no delivery payment to reimburse.

For partial returns, we refund the affected items’ actual price with their allocated discounts. Delivery charges justified by retained goods are not refunded; charges attributable exclusively to returned goods are repaid. Return shipping follows the returns policy. Payment provider fees, administration charges and flat restocking fees are not deducted. Any diminished value must be justified under the product condition rules.

Track a refund

Confirmation is sent when the refund is recorded as completed. If the credit is missing, check the original payment account, then contact [email protected] with the order reference, date and expected amount. We check the transaction and provide available tracking details. Do not send full card details.

For a replaced or expired card or closed account, also contact your bank. Changing refund details requires appropriate verification. If a duplicate payment was actually captured, we reconcile the payments and return the overpayment. Warranty refunds and termination for non-delivery follow their own statutory rules. Internal review does not extend a legal deadline.

Exchanges and business purchases

To change an item or variant without a defect, withdraw within the applicable period and place a new order. Direct exchanges, stock reservation and retention of previous prices are not guaranteed. This does not affect replacement under a statutory warranty.

Business purchases do not automatically qualify for consumer withdrawal rights. Commercial business returns require written agreement on the deadline, condition, transport and refund. Any statutory protection for which the purchaser actually qualifies remains available.

Defective, incorrect or damaged goods

Non-conformity is handled separately from a change of mind. Tell the seller your order reference and describe the issue, with photographs where useful and feasible. Expiry of withdrawal rights or missing packaging does not remove statutory warranties. Coordinate any dangerous equipment or specialist removal with support.

New goods sold to consumers have a two-year statutory conformity warranty from delivery. Repair or replacement is free, subject to statutory conditions, within thirty days and without significant inconvenience. A price reduction or termination is available when its legal conditions are met. Hidden-defect claims may be brought within two years of discovering the defect. A manufacturer's commercial warranty supplements these rights. The statutory notice in the terms of sale provides further details.

Statutory warranty notice — original French text

The original French statutory notice follows. The preceding warranty section explains the principal rights in English.

Responsibility and force majeure

The seller is responsible for its obligations under applicable law, including where service providers participate. No clause excludes statutory warranties, our own breaches or mandatory consumer rights. Customers follow instructions and use qualified professionals where required.

Force majeure depends on statutory conditions and actual effects. The affected party informs the other of consequences and possible solutions. Logistics difficulties do not automatically remove rights to delivery or refunds owed.

Records, data and applicable version

Orders, acceptance records and payments are retained to fulfil sales, issue documents and handle complaints under the privacy policy. You may request your contractual purchase information from support. Records may provide evidence without preventing contrary evidence.

Closing an account does not erase invoices subject to retention. The version accepted at purchase remains applicable. If a clause is unenforceable, others apply within legal limits.

Complaints, mediation and applicable law

First send a written complaint to [email protected] or our registered office. If unresolved, consumers may refer it free of charge to the competent mediator, subject to admissibility rules, including referral within one year of the written complaint to the trader. Mediator: anm conso. Address: 25 allée Rose Dieng Kuntz 75019 Paris. Website: https://www.anm-conso.com/.

Mediation is optional and does not prevent access to a competent court. French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. Consumers are not restricted to courts at the seller’s registered office.

Model withdrawal notice

This model is optional. Complete it only if you wish to withdraw; an unambiguous statement in your own words is also acceptable.

Purpose and acceptance of the terms of use

These terms govern browsing Faster-EV, product searches, customer accounts, order tracking and support. Purchases are governed by the terms of sale and returns and refund policies. This information is available free without an account; your own internet charges remain payable.

Using site features entails observing these rules. Orders require separate acceptance of the terms of sale. Browsing or creating an account does not place an order, consent to marketing or waive statutory rights.

Capacity, accounts and accurate information

To order, you must have legal capacity or valid authorisation. Business representatives must be authorised to bind the business. Supply accurate information, update contact details and do not use another person's identity or address without entitlement.

Accounts provide access to associated purchases and available features. Guest purchases have secure access. Only access your records or those you are expressly authorised to view. Report incorrectly linked information without using or disclosing it.

Credentials and security

Protect your password and authentication methods and sign out on shared devices. Guest access links are confidential. Report suspected access or loss of control to [email protected].

Proportionate identity verification may be requested before disclosing documents or changing sensitive details. You are not automatically liable for every action appearing under your account: responsibility depends on the facts and applicable law.

Acceptable use and submitted documents

Fraud, bypassing access controls, unauthorised security testing, disruption, overloading, bulk extraction infringing rights or availability, and malware are prohibited. Threats, discriminatory messages, spam, false documents and unauthorised use of others’ data are prohibited.

Submitted documents must be relevant and lawfully shareable. Limit personal information to what is necessary. Good-faith reports, legitimate complaints and exercising rights are not abuse.

Content, intellectual property and guidance

Text, photographs, trademarks, logos and graphics are protected by their owners’ rights. You may browse and retain documents needed for your purchase and rights. Other unauthorised commercial exploitation is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions. Displaying a brand does not imply an endorsement not expressly established.

Guides and selection tools do not replace contractual specifications or qualified professional work where necessary. Linked third-party services have their own terms.

Availability, maintenance and responsibility

We work to keep the site operational. Maintenance, faults or security measures may temporarily limit features; notices are displayed where possible. Support remains the contact for orders and your rights.

Each party is responsible for its breaches under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for our own fault or mandatory protections. Account unavailability does not erase confirmed orders, warranties or received requests.

Account suspension and closure

Suspected fraud, compromise or serious breach may lead to proportionate restrictions on affected features. Unless prevented by law or security, we explain the measure and how to contact support. You may challenge it through [email protected].

You may request account closure through support. It does not cancel existing orders or erase records subject to retention. Existing obligations, refunds owed and warranties remain effective.

Data and changes to these terms

The privacy policy explains processing for accounts, orders, payments and communications, and your rights. Marketing choices are separate from account use.

The revision date appears at the top of the page. Changes apply prospectively without rewriting earlier order terms. If a clause is unenforceable, the others remain effective within legal limits without removing mandatory protections.
