Purposes and lawful bases
Contract and pre-contractual steps: customer accounts, baskets, orders, payments, delivery, withdrawal and support. Legal obligations: invoices, accounting, consumer guarantees and proof of consent to terms. Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service quality and search diagnostics. Optional review invitations can be refused using their unsubscribe link. We do not operate a newsletter. With your consent, the Whop Pixel measures page views and attributes purchases to our ads.
Recipients and international transfers
Authorised seller staff; Stripe or myPOS for the selected payment method; Cloudflare for network protection and media storage; Whop for advertising measurement after consent. SMTP, hosting and carrier providers: Aucun sous-traitant Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the applicable safeguards must be stated above (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by the shop. Google Gemini is used to assist product copywriting; customer reviews are not sent to that tool.
Retention periods
Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years. Contract and dispute evidence: the applicable statutory period, generally 5 years; electronic contracts of €120 or more are archived for 10 years. Support and withdrawal records: 5 years after closure unless a dispute requires longer retention. Accounts: while used, then reviewed after 3 years of inactivity for deletion or anonymisation, excluding mandatory archives. Failed-search diagnostics: 30 days. Security logs: up to 12 months, except an ongoing incident. Requests to delete non-mandatory data can be made at any time.
Cookies and local storage
Authentication session: 7 days, refreshed during use; guest basket: 7 days; checkout identifier: 24 hours; basket addition confirmation: 5 minutes; order-access grant: 30 days. Locale preference is used only for language selection. Basket confirmations may use sessionStorage for the current tab. These necessary functions do not require advertising consent. The Whop Pixel loads only after you accept advertising cookies; your choice is stored locally for 180 days. Use ‘Manage advertising cookies’ in the footer to change or withdraw consent. You may delete cookies through your browser; doing so ends sessions or loses guest access.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn at any time. Identity evidence is requested only when necessary. You can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
